This home features many activities, including lounging by the pool & hot tub on the 8 comfortable Bermuda Slingback loungers in a PRIVATE setting, riding bikes (of which 5 coaster bikes are provided!) in the gated community, or playing croquet, ping pong or badminton in the expansive back yard! Also there are numerous boogie boards for your use while at the beach! Recently added for the 2012 season is a PING PONG/TABLE TENNIS TABLE as well as NEW WIRELESS BLU-RAY PLAYER w/access to PANDORA, NETFLIX, HULA, etc!!

For those rare inclement Outer Banks days, the indoor fun includes playing pool/billiards, a poker table, a Megatouch Video Countertop game machine featuring over 70 games, as well as all of your favorite board games (Clue, Sorry, Stratego & Yahtzee!), puzzles, reading books or watching movies from the EXTENSIVE DVD/VIDEO LIBRARY with approx 150 movies!!

To stay connected, bring your laptop and enjoy the high speed WIRELESS INTERNET connection. The recreational room has a wet bar, icemaker and a bar fridge. We have an outside shower, a gas grill and an extra fridge (for your beverages) in the garage. We have 4 bedrooms, 6 TVs (ALL flat screen HDTV's), 2 VCRs and 4 DVD players(2 Blu-Rays). Recently added for the 2012 season is UPGRADED FLAT SCREEN HDTV's in EVERY ROOM plus Universal Remotes in ALL Bedrooms! Bedding includes 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 pyramid bunk with a trundle as well as a sleeper sofa in the rec room. All the bed linens and towels are furnished. A starter set of soap and paper products is also furnished. Property CC107 has a Sunday check in day which AVOIDS THE SATURDAY TRAFFIC JAMS!!
